Prices and conditions
You acquire your PIM as a complete system for a one-time purchase price, which already includes setup, workshop, and consultation costs. Want to save liquidity? Don't worry, we can also discuss individual payment plans or lease-purchase models on a case-by-case basis.
Afterwards, we maintain your software as desired for an annual software maintenance fee. This includes all security updates and general functionality enhancements, which we also provide to other customers collectively. We carry out specific customizations based on your requirements in separate projects at cost-effective rates budgeted for you.
Contractually, we agree that you receive the source code and are allowed to further develop/modify it yourself once our software maintenance contract ends. This completely eliminates manufacturer-specific risks associated with the software.
